• Kinetic’s students range from very basic users, all the way to highly advanced systems analysts and IT staff. All students are adult learners of all ages.
• The majority of our trainees are mid-career users in their 30’s to 50’s, with low to moderate computer skills.
• Most have never taken a computer class, but have been forced to “learn by doing” over the years.
• However, even a basic level of computer literacy cannot be assumed for basic courses, and any need to “learn the tools” in order to take part in e-learning must be avoided at all costs.
